Briand Greer

President of Southeast Asia, Honeywell

Briand Greer leads Honeywell’s business in four Southeast Asian countries – Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. He is responsible for providing strategic and operational direction for Honeywell’s three Stategic Business Groups (Automation and Control Solutons, Performance Materials and Technologies, and Aerospace) in alignment with global leadership and Honeywell’s focus on driving “One Honeywell” growth initiatives across its High Growth Regions.

Greer was previously President, Honeywell Aerospace Asia-Pacific responsible for all aspects of the business across the region. He has more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry, including more than 13 years as a senior leader in both the commercial and defense businesses at Honeywell.

Before joining Honeywell in 2002, Greer was co-founder and President of Aerospace Hardware Exchange (AHX), the world’s first online trading marketplace for aerospace commodities. Prior to that, he worked at Fairchild Fasteners Inc. and UNC Inc., where he held various leadership positions.

As an officer in the U.S. Navy, Greer was a Naval Flight Officer with VS-29 aboard the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) and a Commander in the Naval Reserve.

Greer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md., and an MBA from Duke University, Durham, N.C. His academic experience includes graduate level management studies at Harvard University and the University of Tennessee.
